The Early Intervention Program (EIP) provides a variety of services to over 90 children, birth to age 3, who have developmental delays or diagnosed disabilities. Kingsway Learning Center's EIP is part of a Statewide Early Intervention System that provides coordinated, individualized family-centered services in natural environment settings, including the child's home, daycare, preschool and at other locations within the community.
The program is primarily funded by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities. This funding does not meet all the identified needs of the families receiving services. The program therefore relies on support from the community and additional fund raising is necessary.
